Hier ist wieder deine Berglodge Goms.<\/p>\n<p>In meinem Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein grosser Raum, der mit Leben gef\u00fcllt werden soll. Er l\u00e4sst sich unterschiedlich nutzen, zum Beispiel eignet er sich wunderbar f\u00fcr Yoga. Yoga im Goms also!<\/p>\n<p>Yoga hat das Ziel, K\u00f6rper, Geist und Seele zu vereinen und ist wohl eines der wichtigsten Systeme der Welt zur pers\u00f6nlichen Entwicklung der K\u00f6rperkraft und der Harmonisierung von Geist und Seele. In der w\u00f6rtlichen \u00dcbersetzung bedeutet Yoga n\u00e4mlich so viel wie das \u00abAnschirren\u00bb des Geistes und K\u00f6rpers an die Seele zur Sammlung der Konzentration, zum Einswerden mit dem Bewusstsein. Yoga ist aber nicht einzig eine Lebensphilosophie, sondern es kann auch mit den Asanas (K\u00f6rper\u00fcbungen) ein gutes K\u00f6rpertraining sein. Sozusagen ein umfassendes Fitness-System, das Kraft, Flexibilit\u00e4t, Ausdauer aber auch eine Entspannung in K\u00f6rper und Geist bewirkt. Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist Yoga einfach zu praktizieren. Es kann fast \u00fcberall und zu jeder Zeit gemacht werden. Einfach mit entspannter Gelassenheit und viel Freude geniessen und dranbleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Um dies voll ausleben zu k\u00f6nnen, ist mein Raum im hellen, offenen und grossz\u00fcgigen Dachgeschoss daf\u00fcr wie geschaffen. Dank der naturbelassenen Vollholzkonstruktion und der ruhigen Ausgestaltung der Dachuntersicht strahlt der Raum Ruhe, Kraft und Geborgenheit aus. Der L\u00e4rchenriemenboden f\u00fchlt sich warm an und verspr\u00fcht einen feinen harzigen Duft. Durch die grossen Fenster kommt viel Tageslicht in den Raum und das unbehandelte Holz erstrahlt in sch\u00f6nem Licht. Gleichzeitig \u00f6ffnet sich eine wundersch\u00f6ne Aussicht auf das Hochtal.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Matten, Kissen, Decken usw. ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden. Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnen diese Gegenst\u00e4nde bei mir auch gemietet werden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens: Yoga l\u00e4sst sich sehr gut mit Langlauf, Wandern, Tanzen etc. kombinieren. Unter meinem Dach finden regelm\u00e4ssig Yoga-Retreats statt.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem bietet die Berglodge Goms im Yoga-Studio <a href=\"https:\/\/berglodgegoms.ch\/yoga-goms-stundenplan\/\"><strong>Yoga Goms<\/strong><\/a> w\u00f6chentlich Yoga-Lektionen an.
