The sunny Upper Valais high valley Goms with its original villages, wooden houses and numerous sacral buildings is a snow-sure and attractive cross-country skiing paradise in winter. In summer the high valley is a popular hiking region. Münster is the main town of Goms. The town with its 400 inhabitants is characterized by a beautiful, historic village center. It is said that in Münster the clocks ran a little slower. This should give the guests a lot of time to move in the nature, to listen to the silence, to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The Goms in the canton of Valais, the uppermost, wide high valley of the Rhone, surrounded by mighty three and four-thousand-metre peaks, extends from Lax to Gletsch at the foot of the Rhone glacier. The quiet and authentic Goms villages hold cultural treasures: About 70 baroque churches and chapels with their slender, white steeples, but also the old, sun-browned wooden houses and stables in Valaisian style make the hearts of culturally interested guests beat faster.

On an extended mountain hike, the view of the surrounding four-thousand-meter peaks is unexpectedly revealed. If you want to take it a little more relaxed, there is a variety of walking and hiking trails as well as the Goms Höhenweg.
Yoga aims to unite body, mind and soul and is probably one of the most important systems in the world for the personal development of physical strength and the harmonization of mind and soul. In order to be able to fully live this out, the space of the Berglodge Goms in the bright, open and spacious attic is made for it. Go for a paddle or simply relax – here you will find everything your heart desires. And those who would like to play a round of golf can do so on the nearby 9-hole golf course Source du Rhone.

The intense light, the glittering of the snow crystals and the open view through the wide high mountain valley are good for the soul. A 100-kilometer-long and well-prepared network of cross-country ski trails is ready for you exercise and let off steam or simply enjoy. Beautifully laid out winter hiking trails, signposted snowshoe routes and countless opportunities for backcountry ski tours offer plenty of variety for guaranteed lasting memories. For alpine skiing, the nearby Aletsch Arena is absolutely top.
